Photos from Honduras

I'm home at last. My trip last week... still trying to
recuperate from lack of sleep... these are some of the
typical sights I see while in the field. The shrine I
included is not typical; this was shot when we
stopped very briefly to see the cave shrine built
to protect drivers along the dangerous stretch
of two-lane highway. I didn't notice the sun
streaming behind the mountain when I shot it.


The "gift" left at a halfway house for children. Five days old, she was abandoned by her mother at the hospital right after birth. Posted by Hello
